You can’t have your license plate read “GYATT” in the state of Illinois.

Some people aren’t happy with the standard letters-and-numbers that come on most license plates. Instead, these people will pay a little extra in order to get a custom plate, often making us laugh (or cringe) in the process.

While this can be fun, states like to put limits on what your license plate can be in order to prevent people from scaring the children with “FUCK FACE” license plates. Recently, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias revealed what some of the past year’s rejected plates were, and let’s just say you’re not going to get a “MUNCH” plate anytime soon.
